My name is Asra Hashmi, DDS and I graduated in 2006 from UT Dental Branch in Houston. GO UTDB!!!!

I completed a one-year AEGD residency right after and started practicing dentistry.  In 2015, my dentist husband and I were blessed to purchase a practice that we had worked in for 7 years. He works full time there along with 2 other associates and I work part time and also help manage the practice along with my Office Manager.  

There were A LOT of things I did not know when I purchased the practice and there has been a lot of learning involved. I've realized that written documents are so important for the smooth operation of a practice especially when you are busy or away.
